1. I reset my computer so my Office 2010 got deleted and it was my last use of the product key so I am unable to use it. I wouldn't want to download it again even if I could.
2. When I try to connect to a Hotspot it just says "Can't connect to Network" And then I try to troubleshoot it and I get this "website (wpad.gateway.2wire.net) is online but isn't responding. Detected to connection attempts.
1. I am able to do anything I want on the internet, it's just the Origin app that I can't connect to.
I am working on the below links now as have I tried resetting Winsock and flushing DNS cache as someone else who helped me told me I should try. Still nothing though.
I will update you on my results when I'm done.

I can't tell you what the message was as I ran into it about a week ago but can't remember where I saw it to go back to the error message.

These are all steps I've already taken as well. Although I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program since performing a clean boot so I will try that now.

Hi Brittany,
Thank you keeping us updated.
It is unfortunate that the troubleshooting steps didn't work out for you.
It seems that issue with downloading the game is with the game client Origin.
You may refer to Skumancer's suggestion from 16/2/2012 in the following thread
Crysis can't connect to server
http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/8081819.page
If this doesn't help, please contact Origin using the link provided in the previous thread.
The issue with your Wi-Fi hotspot doesn't appear to be a network related issue. The issue may be caused by your security program such as anti-virus or a Windows Firewall /Defender which might have conflicting settings as to not to perform certain tasks. I suggest that you temporary disable the anti-virus and firewall and check the result again. You would need to turn on the security programs again which you had disabled.
Disable antivirus software:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Disable-antivirus-software
Important Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
